Before accepting a task
Read the full description. Do not accept a vague task or one that asks for money outside the app. If it feels unsafe, decline.
Safety center
Your safety matters more than any task.
During the work
Stick to what you agreed. Keep progress in the chat. Do not change the place or delivery suddenly without agreement.
Sharing location
Exact location is not public. Share it only after assignment, and meet in a busy public place when you can.
Money and fraud
Do not send money outside the agreement, and do not pay a deposit to an unknown middleman. Official payments will come later in the app. Urgent transfer requests are often fraud.
Documents
Do not hand over original ID or a passport. Do not photograph sensitive documents unless that is a clear, agreed part of the task.
OTP and passwords
Never send your password or a verification code to anyone, even someone claiming to be Mashwar support. Staff will not ask for that.
Prohibited tasks
Forbidden: weapons, drugs, forgery, fraud, hacking, account theft, moving illegal goods, buying or selling accounts, asking for passwords or OTP, privacy violations, and any task that causes harm or breaks the law.
How to report
Use Report on a task, profile, message, or review. Reports are for policy-breaking content or behavior. We do not promise a specific handling time.
What to do in a dispute
A dispute is for a problem between the two parties on an active task. Attach clear evidence and stay respectful. Do not delete the chat. Staff will decide later.
